THE MOTHER BEHIND PREPPEDKIDS
I was building our future while helping him prepare for his.
My military service embedded honor, duty, commitment, perseverance, integrity, respect and service in the way I lived. I carried those values into motherhood and passed them along to my son. As a single mother, I chose accounting so I could provide for him and remain present in his life. While I studied at night, I taught him what I was learning about money, business and the decisions ahead of him.
I wanted him to have the knowledge to care for himself and the character to care about others. We learned together, practiced responsibility and gave to families who had less. I still had days when I felt I was failing, even as other parents noticed his manners and thoughtfulness and asked me for advice. Those experiences became the foundation of PreppedKids and my desire to help other families prepare for life together.

What do I receive when I buy a resource?
You receive the digital resource described on its product page, including fillable PDF, print and HTML reading editions. The editions repeat the same content. No physical item is shipped.
Is there a subscription?
Current resources are one-time purchases in USD, licensed for one household. They do not start a subscription. Future app pricing has not been finalized.
How do I choose the right resource?
Start with the free scorecard if you want help choosing a skill. Choose the Starter Pack for routines and responsibility, the Conversation Playbook for discussions, or the Money & Responsibility System for practical money decisions.
Will you ask for my child’s personal information?
The scorecard form asks for parent or guardian information and a broad child age range, not the child’s name. Marketing permission is optional and is not required to receive the scorecard.
Can I preview the pages before buying?
Yes. Each product page includes actual pages from the current resource. Select a preview to enlarge it. You can also read what is included before continuing to checkout.
What if my download does not arrive?
Check your spam folder and the email used at checkout. For help with delivery or a resource, email hello@preppedkids.com. Our refund and delivery policy explains the terms for digital purchases.
